What is the coaching process like? (Click here for topics covered in coaching.)
First, you'll receive a Welcome Assessment, which includes an email questionnaire about your family and your parenting experience, and 45 minute phone consult to debrief and get clear on our goals.
After that, most coaching is done over the telephone at a mutually agreed upon time with follow-up email/secure web-page support and the possibility of home/playground visits.
I will walk you through steps to understand what is really happening with your child, what are age appropriate reasonable expectations, and how to help you and your child grow together.
The flow of coaching is assess > discuss > understand > determine goals > determine actions > implement > reflect > re-assess
