This book explains everything they left out in Health class and teaches you how to understand your cycle. Reading this book and following its suggestions before you want to get pregnant. If you are the type of person who would like to conceive soon after you start trying, this book is for you. It can take the stress out of trying to conceive because you know you are going to maximize your chances.
Before Your Pregnancy: A 90 Day Guide for Couples on How to Prepare for a Healthy Conception by Amy Ogle & Lisa Mazullo
For some of the same reasons above, if you want to read a lot more. Because your partner’s briefs can be overheating his sperm. Because the lack of zinc can slow that sperm down. Because avocados are good for you. Because losing weight suddenly can interfere with conception. Because caffeine for some people can interfere with conception. And endless other reasons!
